1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:

  • The client cancels the project before any work has begun.
  • The company fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline without a valid reason.
  • The client is dissatisfied with the initial design concept and chooses not to proceed further with revisions.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

Domain registration fees, hosting fees, and third-party software costs are non-refundable once purchased or initiated.

3. Refund Procedure:

  • Clients must submit a refund request in writing, detailing the reasons for the request.
  • The company will review the request within 10 business days and notify the client of the decision.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original method of payment.

4. Revision and Reconciliation:

Before processing a refund, the company may offer to revise the project to address the client's concerns or dissatisfaction.

5. Dispute Resolution:

In case of disputes regarding refunds, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through mediation or arbitration.

6. Policy Changes:

The company reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the company's website.
