- Clients must submit a refund request in writing, detailing the reasons for the request.
- The company will review the request within 10 business days and notify the client of the decision.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original method of payment.
4. Revision and Reconciliation:
Before processing a refund, the company may offer to revise the project to address the client's concerns or dissatisfaction.
